Applying i-485 independently

Hi All,

 

I have approved 1-140 with my current employer, but can I process i-485 and EAD/AP by myself with the help of attorney as my employer is not responding to our queries. If Yes, what would be the approximate fee to the attorney and overall fee. Appriciate your response.

I don't have any problems with my employer but I am also wondering if I can file I-485 for EAD/AP by myself without help of attorney...not sure if I am eligible to do it though..

I-485 and EAD are your applications. You need the offer letter from the employer, though.

thanks joef...i got employment letter from my employer. I am applying for my spouse as dependent too.

So, should I send 2 forms each (1 for me and 1 for my spouse) of I-485, I-131 and I-765??
