Approved I140 went to RFE because of USCIS system issue.

·         on March 13, 2015 ,USCIS approved my I-140 and we also received I-140 approval notice in the mail.

·         On March 27 2015, USICS sent Request for Evidence (RFE).

·         USCIS responded to both of our follow-up service requests on May 1 and May 28, confirming that your I-140 matter was approved, and that an RFE was not issued on your matter; but they didn’t corrected in front end screen(USCIS Status site)

·         Attorney office never received an RFE notice from USCIS.

·         As said earlier, On Aug 3, 2015, there was an email sent from USCIS portal to Attorney to respond for earlier RFE, since the issue is not corrected on their side which is triggering alert email. So we opened new opened SR with USCIS, but it’s not been assigned to any officer to get their front end system corrected.

 

With this condition, Can I transfer my H1B with approved I140??  Can I get EAD for wife(H4) using my approved I140??

 

Please clarify on this regard.
