However, I understand that they are still processing Oct 2014 applications currently. I am planning to go to India this Oct. can I go for stamping in India with just the receipt? Also, my H1 visa is expired. But, before I quit my job, I had a valid h1 extension. What kind of risks am I looking at and what are my chances of rejection for visa stamping? Please suggest what are my best options. Link to comment
