Construction Engineer Graduate for H1B

Hi,

 

I would like to hear your advice and inputs on choosing my job title and salary negotiation.

 

Scenario: I am currently working as an intern with a sub contractor in AZ. I would ask them for a H1B visa sponsorship. What could be the recommended job title and salary so that there wouldn't be any RFE's in the process?

 

I am thinking of a job tile like Virtual Design Construction Engineer or simple a Project Engineer.

 

What are the other implications I am not seeing, during the H1b Process?

Job title doesn't matter. The job description matters.

And you can't be involved in that.

The company should discuss this with a good immigration lawyer.

Unfortunately job title is selected based on job role and responsibilities. Leave it to employer and their attorney.
