anmadh Posted September 3, 2015 Report Posted September 3, 2015 Hi All, I have filed for H4 EAD based on approved I140, beginning of June and it is still in process, while my husband who is in H1B visa got a job offer from another company and is in the process of H1 transfer. My question is does it (H1B transfer) anyway affect H4 EAD process? Thanks.
