H4 DS 160 Sign & Submit - checkbox of Read Human trafficking prevension option.

I(H1B) primary applicant - have filled DS 160 for my dependent H4.

At sign page "Preparer of Application" I selected "Yes" of questions "Did anyone assist filling the application" and mentioned my information as preparer as spouse. Then able to sign and submit .Also generated confirmation page. Here is my question - I did not get option to select any checkbox of "read human traficking prevension rules" for H4. Though during my ds160(H1B) I got that option to check the box where preparer question was answered as "No".

Is this the normal scenario during submitting H4 ds160 when preparer info given as spouse(h1b) name ?please help.
