View Appointment Dates without making payment

Hi guys,

I am planning to visit Toronto to get my second H1B visa stamped. Is there a way to look at the available appointment dates before paying the visa fee? I am looking for available dates in Oct'15. I'd like to check dates at the other consulates as well before making the online payment. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Start filling DS-160.Complete couple of pages and save it . 

Using that DS-160 number , create an account in Canada Visa applicant site and you can check the dates there with out paying fee.
