Travel during H4 - EAD process

Hi,

 

I am on H1B currently but i am applying for H4 in order to get EAD. Husband who is on H1B is changing jobs so i am applying the transfer from H1 to H4 along with his petition to get H4 under premium processing. My questions :

 

1] Can I travel outside the country when the application for H4 - EAD is under process?

 

2] Will i need to have h4 stamping on my passport while re-entering US?

 

3] Once my h4 is approved can i go to mexico for stamping?
