RuchiJ Posted August 31, 2015 Report Posted August 31, 2015 I have an i-140 approved. The tittle mentioned in my i-140, is the designation of senior software engineer. I have been already promoted to two levels up as Product Development Manager. Now if I change the employer then will my i-140 will go invalid? or I can still work with the promoted title with the new employer with the same i-140?
