Current date for Family Base Greencard - Brothers/Sisters is Jan 15, 2003, while ours is Dec 2003, when it was filed we were in India while at present in Canada, do we have to change address, pl advise

 

Do we have to go to India when will get call for GC ot we can get in Canada too, pl advise

Yes, you need to update the address, otherwise they don't know where to send the notices to.

If you are in valid status in the US, you can file I-485s when the PD is current. USCIS will request the file back from the NVC if an I-485 is filed.

Thanks, we just received letter for sending documents for visa processing, Actually when our relatives filed for us we were in India and now in Canada, can we get visa here or we have to go back to India for getting visa
