H1B approval Notice not reached attroney

Hello,

 

My H1B was approved in August 1st week.But the approval document (I-797) has not yet reached the attorneys.

 

1.If the attorney did not get the H1B notice before next week, can they call USCIS and ask for  another copy to be sent?If so how long does it take?

 

2.Is there a way to track the H1B approval notice package using a tracking number?

 

3.Can i do H1B transfer with my receipt number if there is a delay in receiving my I-797 notice?
