rhkhan
Hi, I am on H1B visa from last 10 months and my husband joint me on H4. Recently when my in-laws went for interview they were rejected they were self sponsoring. They were said that it's being just 10 months they met us and i am not yet settled to have them in US. Not sure why they said this as they were sponsoring their own trip and just will be staying with us in our apartment. Now me and my husband are planning to re-apply for their visa, I wanted to know if i can sponsor visa for my in-laws? How much deposit i should have in my bank account?. We wanted to apply before winter as we have already booked US tour for all four of us in Sept last week and cancelling that is leading to too much loss. Thanks in advance RK Link to comment
jairichi
That is a strange reason. There is no sponsorship for visitor visa. Take the help of an attorney. Link to comment
rahul412
There is no sponsorship for visiting visa. And visiting visa is for visiting US not for visiting non-immigrant family members like you and your husband. I hope you got my point. Link to comment
