nitishrao5 Posted August 24, 2015 Report Share Posted August 24, 2015 I have come to US from a company in India and my amendment is in progress and so after receiving the amendment receipt they have scheduled my travel and i came here.Now there is RFE for my amendment as of now I have documents related to my old petition and documents related to amendment receipt ,LCA etc.I don't have my new petition,now can I change my company or do i need to wait until my RFE is cleared can you please suggest Link to comment
