EB2 Job Description Question

Hello,

 

I got a new job offer and negotiating on green card process. The current job description says,

 

  Four (4) years or more professional experience building interactive and responsive web applications using web standard technologies.

 

1. I have a master's degree and more than 5 years of experience. Will I be eligible for EB2 or EB3?

 

2. What should I do to make it to EB2?
