Can i go for H1B stamping without doing Amendment

Hello,

 

I got my first H1B in 2013 and i was working for a client in Bloomington, IL . Now i moved to a different client in Chicago,IL which is 120miles from Bloomington. I am planning to go for H1B stamping in India on Sept 8th and wanted to check if there will be problem if i go to stamping with out doing the H1B amendment with the new client at Chicago?

H1 amendment is mandatory now, you need H1 amendment.
