F1 to H1 query

Hi All,

 

Please advice on the below scenarios:

 

1) My Wife is currently on L2 and plans to study to F1 this year end as she will move to H4 this October. 

2) She also wants to try H1 next year.

3) Can she apply for H1 next year even if COS from H4 to F1 is in progress by that time?

Yes.

Why change to F1? She can study on H4 just fine. She just can't work on campus on H4.
