I am on H1B and 6 yrs are ending by early 2017. My company is planning to initiate "Prevailing wage determination" process with DOL next week. 


However, our company got acquired by and its name/brand will change by early Jan next year.


Question is

1) Does company has to file any amendments for my H1B visa?

2) Do we have to re-do everything for "Prevailing wage determination process" with DOL again

3) Any implications to PERM/I-140 application process?
