I-485 process/adjudication delays with TSC

Hi,

My EB1A I-140 was approved on August 5th 2014 and submitted I-485 by September 5th 2014, completed finger printing on September 30th 2014 and got EAD & AP by December 5th 2014. Still today waiting for the I-485 approval. SR response is "in line for process/adjudication". Please some one can explain possible reason for the delay, will the medical records expire after 1 year of the submission of I-485 ? Or there any general processing/adjudication delays with TSC ? Or as its nearing the end of fiscal year, are they run out of visa numbers temporarily and waiting for the release of next fiscal year's visa numbers ? Or any other reason ?
