Pay Slips for H-4 Visa Interview

Hi All,

 

I lost my job with Company A. Found a new job with B. My H-1 transfer from Company A to B took 4 months to get approved. B did not allow me to work in these 4 months. 

So the latest pay-slip I have is of March'15 month from A.

I reserved H-4 Visa interview date for my wife.

Can my wife show my pay-slip from A since I do not have pay-slip from B? Will that be an issue ? Please help

During that time, you had to work for A. Since you didn't, you were out of status.

That of course can result in problems for an H4.
