mailtsarath Posted August 17, 2015 Report Share Posted August 17, 2015 Hello, I have a question regarding filling DS-160 form. I'm going for my first time h1b stamping in Hyderabad. In DS-160 form there is a question saying "Were you previously employed?", I don't know whether I need to say Yes or No. Because, when I was in student visa my OPT extension got denied, so I stopped working for 9 months(9 to 10 months break and joined in other univ immediately) and again my same employer which I joined in OPT applied for h1b and got approved. Now my question is whether to say Yes for "Were you previously employed?" even though I'm with same employer. Please help me on this. Sarath Link to comment
