Cut of date

I am on EB3 and my priority date is 12/22/2004. As per the latest USCIS communication, "The cutoff date for EB3 advances by more than six months, to December 22, 2004."

 

My question is, am I considered to be "IN" or I have still wait. Does it mean that they will only get up to 12/21/2004?

 

I am new to the blog and not sure if I am putting my question clearly. Please help.

Only PDs before the cutoff date are "in".

Sorry, you have to wait another month (assuming the PD advances.)
