H1b approved...EOS denied...Time for stamping??

Recently I got my approval for my H1b petition (I-797B) but due to some reason USCIS has denied EOS (Extension of Stay). However my previous company's I-94 expires on October 2015. 

So Do I need to go for stamping anytime before October 2015 or do I need to leave the country immediately for Visa stamping purpose? 

Any suggestion on this would be a great help to arrange my travel plans.

If you would like to work after I94 expiry you need to go for visa stamping and enter US with a valid H1B visa and I797.

You can stay until your current I94 expiration date.

One would accrue unlawful presence if USCIS found you in violation of status (as in most occasions), while denying the EOS even if you an i-94 (FAM is clear abt this). You should consult an experienced immigration attorney. If unlawful presence goes beyond 180 days you will attract three year bar to reenter U.S.
