One of my colleagues who was working through the same consultancy has got deported a few months ago because he was caught with tampered resume while he was coming back from India. He is blackmailing my consultant now from India that he has got a Legal notice from his lawyer in India and he will take take action on the consultant. Is it possible for him to do anything from India? Will his case be even valid? Is there anything to worry about for me? Should I shift my consultancy? Please help Link to comment
