applying for H1 after having H4 EAD

Hello all,

 

Currently I have an H4 Ead and working for a client though a vendor. What if the vendor wants to apply for H1 next year.

 

My questions:

 

1. What happens if the H1 if it's approved and I plan on to continue with EAD?

 

2. If some reason I plan to work on H1 again after 3 years, will I be cap exempt if I am already approved next year?
