Hopeful015 Posted August 12, 2015 Report Share Posted August 12, 2015 Any thoughts on this, my I 485 got received at the USCIS mail room on the day my PD is no longer current (lawyer's mistake) Will they deny my GC later if they approved it on the day my PD becomes current again? Link to comment
