The X salary is quite above the average national salary for that role. now I want to move to company B. Company B is sponsoring my GC but will pay me X - 5000 per annum. the X - 5000 is still quite decent money and above national average for that role (as per glassdoor) Do you think it could create any complication? I saw this thread http://forum.murthy.com/index.php?/topic/92000-i-140-denied-and-need-start-over-gc-process-again/ which suggested that there can be complications if there was a salary difference.
