Im currently working in company B and will maxout my H1 by Feb 2015. Current employer is working to file my PERM and tentative date for submission is OCT 2015. My previous company A had filed my PERM while i was working with them and got certified in Apr 2015. The H1B with my previous employer A was until Mar 2016.( I presume it to be active). However, I travelled to India with my current employer B and got visa stamped last month. Can I join back previous employer A and continue with I 140? What are my options here ?
