H1B Amendment for client change same MSA

Hello all

My question is to the Murthy law firm attroneys. My case I have an approved H1b with client A in MSA 1 valid from Oct 2014 to sep 2017. This petition has been stamped on pp till sep 2017. I decided to change to client B within same MSA 1 for existing petitioning employer as of 1st April 2015. My question is do I need to submit an H1B amendment as both employer and LCA location hasn't changed. Only change is client.please advise.
