Here is my situation. since 2 years I am working 100% remotely with client A(located in state A) with employer A(located in state B) . My present LCA and H1 are with same client and employer. I have included client A address(state A) , employer address(state B) and my address (which is also state B) in LCA when I applied H1 last year. after I got my H1, I have moved to state C (in Aug 14) to my wife place. One of my relative living at state B address which i have included while I applied for H1B, so planned to go back to state B but haven't. So my questions are: I would like to change my address from state B to state C in payroll and LCA, so do I need to apply for H1 amendment? Is it compulsory to apply for amendment every time when we update LCA? I didn't changed my employer or client, I just changed my address so do I still need to apply for H1 amendment. Should we apply for H1 amendment if we changed home address and working 100% remotely? Thanks in advance,
