madhus369
Hello All, I have applied for my GC process and MY I-140 got denied because my salary difference. My employer says we need start over my GC process again.I'm worried because almost 2 years of time has been wasted in the process now again. Mainly I'm planning for stamping in month of September. 1) should I need to go stamping with current employer documentations? 2) Transfer the H1 and go to stamping with new employer? 3) Is there any possibility that we can appeal to USCIS about denied I-140 All of your suggestions are welcome Link to comment
jairichi
1. Yes. 2. That is up to you. 3. Well, looks like employer is clear about reason for denial and so nothing can be done by you. Link to comment

JoeF
One more question 1) Is there possibility that we can start GC process again and Can we port for previous priority date? Thank you for reply No. Reusing the PD would only be possible with an approved I-140. Link to comment
abhishes
Oh... so the company which filed for your GC was paying you less than your previous company? did that trigger the rejection? Link to comment
