ganeswam Posted August 2, 2015 Report Share Posted August 2, 2015 Dear all, I recently heard from one of my friends that there is a bill/rule which in progress in congress and expected to pass or fail by end of this year. if that bill passes (similar to h4 EAD) they will offer EAD to folks who have approved i-140. has anybody heard about this ?
