Issue: My wife's H4 visa expires on Sept, 30th 2015 & Mine 'H1B' on Dec, 16th 2015. We are planning to make a trip to India in month of Nov 2015. Q: Can I still go for visa stamping or I need to wait until my visa exp? Note, Current visa is from my Old company which i left on 2014. we recently made a trip to cruise to (Mexico, Jamaica, Cayman island). We were let in US port with out any issue with Old company Visa stamping & new company I-797 verification. We are both planning a trip to Canada in month of August'2015 for 3 days. Q: Does anyone think if there would be any issue getting back from Canada as our Visa exp dates are very close?
