naumil Posted July 30, 2015 Report Posted July 30, 2015 Hi, I have an approved H1B and also H1B Visa stamp on my passport. My wife has approved I797 which is H4 for her. She is canadian citizen, now she is travelling to Canada for 2 weeks. Does she require H4 visa stamp to travel back to US under H4? The info on the Visa doesnt say anything about H4 status of canadians.
