bkranthi4u Posted July 30, 2015 Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 Hello , I have H1B extension ( got I-797) however my wife's H4 extension is still pending( Its been more than 4 months) .I am planning to go to Mexico to get my H1B and my wife's H4 stamped. can we go for her H4 stamping wile her case is still pending ? we have everything planned to go to Matamoros on Aug 12/13. let me know if I need to post pone and wait until her H4 extension case is approved.
