Employer Not providing the below Documents for stamping

Hi All,

 

my employer is not providing the below list of documents

 

Companys tax returns,

wage reports and

employee list.

 

He provided the rest all documents.

 

is it okay to go for stamping without the above mentioned documents.

Why do you need these documents? Is H1B stamping for you or employer? Only when U.S. Consulate is doubtful about employer's credentials they will request these documents.

Those documents are not mandatory for visa interview.
