sreekris Posted July 28, 2015 Report Share Posted July 28, 2015 Hi, I had filed H1 to H4 change of status COS in first week of June and we got the receipt notice. My project has ended in Jun15th. My cureent H1B expires in Sep2015. In case if the H4 COS is not approved what would be my options. I dont have any paystub form June 15th onwards...Is it ok if I don't have pay stubs since h4 is not yet approved. Appriciate your help! Link to comment
