civic
I-94 expired: 8/3/2014 Current H1-B status expires: 9/22/2015 It has been almost a year that the I-94 expired, but this did not ring alarm until now. The date on I-94 was because of the change of passports prior to visa expiration. At this stage, what are my options? I've a I-797 (I-140 approval); does that help anyhow? My spouse is on H-1, does converting my status to H4 help? Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Link to comment
jairichi
The only way to address this issue is to talk to an attorney and ask about nunc pro tunc. If you do anything else you might be banned to stay or enter US. Link to comment
