EB2 Possibilities - 3 years B.Com(H) + Chartered Accountant from India + 10 Years Experience as Software Consultant

Hello Friends,

 

I need some legal advise, My current GC process is continuing in EB3 Category for last 3 years, I'm a Chartered Accountant with 3 Years B.Com (H) degree from India and I have overall 20 years experience out of which 10+ years in Software Consulting and 8 years in US, My EDGE AACRO education evaluation specifies as "Bachelor of Science in Accounting" as US equivalent. I have been promoted as Manager recently and was wondering If I can refile the PERM petition for EB2. I specialize in Oracle ERP Implementation and my job description is setup accordingly in current EB3 petition.

 

What's the possibilities of my case being represented in EB2 as new or can exiting case be upgraded?
