22nd July - L1B Not Approved - Asked to Reapply

Hi Sir,

 

I attended the 22nd July L1B visa interview in Chennai, India. it was not approved. 

They asked me 5 questions.

What client are you working for?

I mentioned that i will be working for my company client - XXX

 

he asked multiple times and then he asked what is the title in India

 

I mentioned as MANGER  PRODUCT ENGINEERING

 

Need to get clarity on below questions:

1. Can i reapply L1B blanket with same petition again, is there any cooling period and change the I29S accordingly

 

2. Can i apply for L1B Individual, as i been with this company for 10 years now and with same product

 

3. Can i apply for L1B or H1B and if L1B individual how much time it will take to process and get it approved.

 

 

Kindly help me resolve this.

Unless you have some credible additional information which was not coveyed to consular officer in your previous blanket L1B visa application, you cannot expect the consular officer to approve your visa. It is best for you to discuss your options with an experienced immigration attorney before you consider re-applying for another blanket L1B visa.
