When I was going to RENEW my H1B visa some months ago, the attorney of my sponsor required me to request the J1 waiver of the previous J1 visa I had three years ago. Even though other attorneys said it was necessary, I had to request it. Today, the State of Department GRANTED, not recommended, my J1 waiver, so my case does not go to USCIS. What does it mean? Would it mean I did not need the waiver? Thank you Link to comment
