priyatech2010 Posted July 16, 2015 Report Share Posted July 16, 2015 Hi, Am planning to travel to US thru my Spouse H4 visa. 1) Shall I apply for H4 visa when my H1B is in RFE. 2) Will there be any issues in my H1B petition as its in RFE now during my travel to US. 3) Shall I come back in October for H1B stamping if its gets approved mean time.
