I94 going to expire with old Visa

Hello All

 

I have a situation below

 

• I have my current visa valid till Aug 2016 so does I94.
• I changed my company and have now I797 valid till Nov 2017.
• I traveled India using my old visa and came back using old visa only( feb 2015) 
• New H1B stamping is still not done.
• I  did show my new I797 AT POE but I still have I94 till Aug 2016 only. Not updated with new extended I797.
• how I can get my I94 extended without traveling back to India and get new H1B stamped?

Any help and advice would be appreciated :)
