ArjunReddy9 Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Hi All, I have applied for my wife's H4 Ead and it got approved and she received her I-797. Will we also receive an EAD card for her? When will she be able to work? The other question is when can we apply for an SSN for her? Thanks
jairichi Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 She can start work after approval of EAD application. Once EAD is approved she can approach social security office.
