H1B Extension + PERM

Currently I am with company A, I have applied for my PERM EB3 with company B under future employment in September 2014 ( USICS asked for an Audit in March 2015, Audit states who has paid the money either the employee/employer), I hope the Audit will an years time.

Since my H1B is valid until April 2016 (6 yrs completed) with company "A", if I happen to switch to company "B" in the next one month how long will I get the extension for..? Since my PERM is being delayed by USICS will it be a cake walk for my H1B transfer & Extension,Will I get an extension until April 2017 after the H1B is successfully transferred.

If at the time of H1B transfer PERM is pending for more than a year for approval you get 1 year extension.

You will qualify for extension beyond 6 years only after PERM is pending for 1 year, so in Sep 2015. Until then any petition filed for you will be limited by the 6 year limit.
