N400 Last name change, Indian citizen, how to update PAN card, NRE accounts etc

Folks, 

 

I am looking for some info, if anyone has been through the process... 

 

I currently have an Indian passport and in the process of naturalization... 

Changing my last name (N400 in progress), would like to know what I have to do in India on the following... 

 

1. PAN card   (I currently have a PAN card), has anyone updated their last name on this? 

2. Ration card (this can be a real pain) 

3. NRE Accounts and other Bank accounts... 

4. All other content, such as property deeds, taxes etc..

I am in the same situation.  Can someone provide their experience for the name change during N-400 application processing.
