EB2/EB3 - Eligiblity with ITES and IT experiance.

Hi All,

Below is my experiance summay.
Since my first two years exp of ITES my current company is not filing my case in EB2 instead they are asking to file my case in EB3.

Like to know my options to get my case into Eb2 instead of EB3.
1.With the below experiance am i eligible of EB2?
2.If not,I do have the Experiance letters for first two year in ITES updating with IT job description cause any issue for EB2?

 

Please suggest any other options.

Company A - (2 Years 2 Months and 22 days) ITES Experiance - Tech BPO
Company B -(1 Year 11 month 11 days)
Company C - (5 Years 4 Months and 24 days)

    Company C offshore - (2 Years 1 Months and 20 days)  
    Company C Onsite - (3 Years 5 Months and 4 days)
