can we file online FOIA request for i-140 copy

Hello all, in case not getting I-140 copy from employer, I heard one can file FOIA request to USCIS. is that ok if I file it online http://www.dhs.gov/dhs-foia-request-submission-form ? instead of mailing G-639

when you say you can email the scanned copy...... means filled form G-639 to uscis.foia@uscis.dhs.gov as per http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/freedom-information-and-privacy-act-foia/how-file-foia-privacy-act-request/how-file-foiapa-request.

Yes, you are right. If you don't notarize the copy(sign on perjury) attach your scanned ID proof as well.
