Anyone applied for status change from H1b to F1 in the last 9-10 months?

Just trying to figure out how long it takes these days for the transfer. Any thoughts?

I-539 is taking very long especially for Vermont center paper based filings. 8 to 9 months is quite normal.

Did. It seems incorrect. At least it isn't up-to-date. Last time they updated it was on April 30, it looks like.
