Moving back to previous employer who applied my PERM and i140

Hi guys,

 

I was with an employer say (employer A) who applied my perm and got my perm and i140 approved from him

 

After that i moved to another employer (employer B) who applied my perm and got my perm and i140 approved and was able to use previous employers priority date succesfully.

 

Now due to some reasons i have to move out from company B(employer B).

 

so i am thinknig to move back to employer A who intially applied my perm and i140.

 

So my question is does he need to reapply my perm and i140 again if i move back to employer A or just needs to apply my H1b and when my priority date gets current can he directly apply my 485?

Just H1B, unless they have withdrawn their I-140.
