New Indian Passport Number in I-539

I am applying for CoS from H1B to H4. I am filling up the I-539 Form. I recently renewed my Indian passport. Here is my question: 

1. In Part 1 (11.b), I am entering the Old Passport Number (which is now cancelled as I got the new passport). The USCIS instructions states that we have to enter the passport number with which we entered the US. 

Now, where do I enter the new passport number? I saw Part 4 where it is asking for the passport information, but there is no field asking for the exact passport number. I looked up the USCIS instructions on Part 4 where it is clearly talking about the new Passport, but I-539 does not have a field for the exact passport number for the new passport. 

Anyone with answers to this?
